All the employees in Sykes Manila were happy because they will have jobs this 2011. Things have changed two months ago at the general assembly when the higher management of the account in Sykes Manila announced that the account is until June 30 only especially the RAS (Remote Access Service).

Some of the LOB or Line of Business like MHO (Managed Hosting Operations) and PSE were already pulled out in Sykes Manila. The two mentioned LOBs’ where already transferred in India due to the salary difference. Sources say that a Filipino Tech agent is equivalent to four Indian tech agents. The RAS (Remote Access Service) will be transferred to Tampa Florida and the tech support will be handled by the Trainees.
