I receive a text message from the Philippine telecom giant Globe Telecoms that they are going to test a new balance inquiry system to its subscribers. Before when you are a Globe Telecom user and you want to inquire your remaining balance you will type in to your mobile phone the message "BAL" or "?222" to its number 222.

Globe Telecoms will try to eliminate that by giving its Globe Telecom subscriber a balance alert whenever their load is not enough to make a text message or a mobile phone call.


 This will give Globe Telecom subscriber a heads up and to be aware of their load. They did a test run yesterday to all Globe Telecom subscribers. And this test run becomes succesful, Globe Telecoms will implement fully the said system.

Web browser Google Chrome, Opera, Mozilla Firefox

Web browser nowadays are very functional especially if you are into web developing and more. I only use three browser and they are Chrome from Google; Opera, and Mozilla Firefox. Time after time, these browsers are receiving updates to meet the demands of the user or to fixed the problem of the said browser, but on receiving updates you will also experience slowdown performance especially in old computers. Here is my observation on three browsers.  

Google Chrome

This would be Google's product in web browser developing. One that I like about this browser is the speed. It is fast compare to two. The Chrome apps is one of the asset of this browser it has many selections that suit your needs. From games to news. The loading of the browser is faster; I usually experience slow loading to other browser that I am using especially when my connection is very bad. The very obvious problem on this browser is that when you leave it open and you did not use it and you're trying to go back, you will encounter a very slow response compare to Mozilla Firefox and Opera which is very manageagable. The reason that I see is the used of the Java on the browser.  

Mozilla Firefox

When they release this browser now I have a reason that not to use Internet Explorer by Microsoft. The functions of the early version was ok because the simple functionality of blocking the pop-up ads or pop-up site is the biggest relief which Internet Explorer cannot resolve. When Mozilla released their version three they added some add-ons which is very helpful to users and web developers too. One problem that occurs to this browser is when there is a connection log on your connection. The browser crashed which is not common to other browsers.
 
Opera Browser

Out of curiosity I just tried to download this and I am satisfied with it. In my experience using this browser, it has a that other browser does not have is the performance. I usually play cartown on Facebook; everytime the game will load up; I usually encouter a slow loading of the game on browsers Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. I do not encounter this kind of problem in Opera Browser. Since the game cartown is a flash game; the other problem that I encounter in using a flash game or streaming youtube and you are using Google Chrome, I usually experience a complete slowdown on the computer because almost the free memory is allocated only to the browser everytime I am opening the task manager. So other programs that are open is also affected with the slowdown. The only Opera lack is apps which Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome is good at.

At the end it still depends on your preference which browser that your comfortable with. I'm very happy using this browsers though.
